We booked a stay here and would not stay again. The front desk staff was nice, that was the only nice thing. Upon getting into the room, we found german roaches. The room itself is out dated, and all the doors stuck so opening and closing them was super loud even if you were trying to be quiet. The sofa bed could maybe be okay for a small dog, but not a human the bed is so thin. We did try out the arcade but was not impressed. We went to play air hockey and no pick came out. Wasted money for no reason. The tub wouldn't fill up because the stopper was not working as it was not the right size. So my toddlers had to take showers and it was super awkward trying to maneuver that. The beds were the worst I've ever slept on. They were creaky and made my whole body hurt. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone.

the first night we stayed here, we had to go across the street to an extension of the hotel, its a bit more roughed up than the side where the check in office is, so we were a little bummed out at the difference, but we upgraded our rooms the second night and made sure to NOT choose "on the oaks" and the receptionist was also sooo much nicer this time around! the first night the lady must have had a rough shift because she was pretty irritated with all the customers trying to resolve their issues and made us reluctant to go up to her for help. but Nicol R. was super sweet and helpful, and significantly enhanced our experience at this location and our upgraded room looks amazing, it looks like an apartment! overall great experience

Fantastic Stay – Great Location and Top-Notch Service! We had a wonderful time at this resort! The entire staff was welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, which is always a huge plus. We ran into a couple of minor issues in the room during our stay, but the maintenance team was on it in record time—seriously, fixed at lightning speed! The location couldn't be better, either. You’re just a few miles away from major local attractions, grocery stores, and plenty of great dining options. Highly recommend staying here, and we would definitely return!

We stayed at Legacy Vacation Resorts in Kissimmee from May 22–25, 2026, and unfortunately the experience did not match what was advertised online. We booked a two-bedroom unit because the photos and description suggested clean, updated, family-friendly accommodations with kitchen access and convenient access to the parks. Instead, the unit we were assigned felt worn, dated, and poorly maintained. Upon entering, there was a strong musty odor, and several parts of the unit appeared neglected. The bathroom had deteriorated caulking, visible gaps around the tub, and dirty vents. I also found a used false eyelash in the bathroom, which raised concerns about the thoroughness of the cleaning. The second bathroom’s showerhead barely worked, and the hot water in the jacuzzi tub never got truly hot. Other issues included a kitchen that felt unstable and outdated, worn furniture, very small televisions, and a bedroom door that stuck so badly that my child had trouble opening it safely. The washer and dryer were functional but very noisy. We also had problems at the main pool, which was dirty, and when the front desk could only provide two towels for our family of four, the additional towels
